F.C.C. began its overseas development in 1988 in the United States. We next opened bases in Thailand, the Philippines, China, and India. Shortly thereafter in 1995, a subsidiary was set up in the U.K. to pave our way into the European market. In 1999, production started in Brazil, followed by operations in Indonesia in 2001 and Vietnam in 2005, helping us achieve a supply system that now reaches the world's major markets. This expansion not only helped us meet the needs of each market, but also facilitated the construction of a complementary supply system paired with advanced production technology to enable more robust supply. The current network of 22 overseas production bases in 10 different countries working together with our Japanese facilities empower us to meet the diverse needs of the world’s customers, in order to maintain our pursuit of the production of high-quality, low-cost products.
